MISSA
MISSA – More Integrated Systems Safety Assessment is an FP7 project, with a goal to provide methods and infrastructure to accelerate the convergence toward an optimal system design architecture integrating safety engineering.
With existing methods for systems development in the aerospace industry having reached a barrier to innovation due to massively increased systems complexity. The MISSA project aims to provide methods, tools and an infrastructure for thos that support detailed systems architecture and design, supports design and installation optimization and supports the accurate definition and assessment of the systems architecture against the safety requirements.
Led by Airbus, Artisan is contributing its Artisan Workbench product expertise with the objective of ensuring that safety engineers can collect and manage information, and structure the safety argument in an auditable way.
