Pre-requisites/Requirements

When installing Artisan Studio Uno, Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 is also automatically installed. For SysML Requirements Profile, .Net Framework 1.1 (from Windows Update http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com) if this framework is already installed then the version will be checked and updated.


Installation/Setup Instructions

Artisan Studio Uno software download is a self-extracting .exe file. When run, it will install Artisan Studio Uno on your machine with necessary repositories and support software. Internet access is required while installing Artisan Studio Uno to download additional files. Please note that the repositories software (Fujitsu Enabler) requires the creation of a new account on your PC called OMS and this is created by the installation process. To install and run:

  • Click on the link designated at the bottom of the web-page
  • Save the software download to the desktop or other memorable location
  • Run the installation kit by double clicking on the downloaded software, then following the instructions on the screen
  • After the installation is complete you may start using Artisan Studio Uno by either opening an example model or start creating your own system model
      - For an example model, double-click to open the ‘Artisan Models Neighborhood’ from the desktop short-cut and open any pre-existing model available.
      - To start your own project, simply open Artisan Studio Uno, selecting ‘New Model’, selecting the model type and then start creating your packages, diagrams and other model items.
