Course Description

This one-day course provides an overview of the MOD Architecture Framework (MODAF). It is intended for anyone who needs to gain an appreciation of MODAF, the rationale for it, its structure, and how it might be used. The course also considers architecture frameworks (AF) generally, and provides a comparison of MODAF with DoDAF.

Course Format

The course mainly involves presentation and discussion. Use is made of Artisan’s AF modelling tool, both to illustrate key points and to provide practical experience for those wishing to gain some familiarity with using such a tool.
