Webinars are fast becoming an effective way of communicating information to various individuals at the same time. Listed below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions concerning Artisan webinars. If you have any questions that are not covered below, please do not hesitate to email us.

What are Webinars?

Webinars are interactive, web-based seminars. They are led by a presenter, and attendees can view the presentation live on screen. Questions can be submitted and answered either by telephone or by submitting them on screen.

What are the benefits of attending an Artisan webinar?

Webinars are an excellent way of receiving all the latest industry trends, techincal and product information from Artisan. They usually last for about an hour and can be viewed from the comfort of your own desk – no travelling required! This saves you both time and money.

What software do I need to participate in a Webinar?

To participate in any Artisan webinar, all you need is:

  • An Internet connection
  • A Web browser
  • A telephone
  • PC speakers if accessing the audio portion via the web.

You can test your Brower’s compatabilty by going to www.webex.com and attending a tour there.

What happens after I register for an Artisan Webinar?

Prior to the time of the webinar you will receive an email containg the following:

  • Direct web link to the webinar page
  • Password with which to join the webinar
  • Dial-in telephone number
  • A link with which to test your Web browsers compatibilty

When it is time for the webinar presentation, simply click on the link provided, enter the password and dial-in to receive the audio (if you do not have VOIP.)

How much do Artisan Webinars cost?

Webinars are free of charge for those dialling in from the US, UK and France. However, if you are dialling in from a region other that these you will incur the cost of an International rate telephone call. Artisan hope to have more toll free numbers available in the future.
